4 Session Nutrition Package

Service Description

Before we begin our package, you will provide me with background information and diet history on a secure portal. Then, we will spend our first session going over this information and beginning our nutrition counseling. After the initial session, I will provide you with a detailed plan including short- and long-term goals, a customized meal plan, and delicious recipes. Our 3 follow up sessions will allow us to discuss which behavior changes are working, which are not, and hone in on ways to meet our goals that work best for you and your lifestyle. You will have unlimited support via email or text between sessions.
