Initial Assessment (1.5 Hours):

We begin with an Initial Assessment. This comprehensive 1.5-hour session is designed to delve deep into your unique needs and aspirations for a healthier lifestyle. After we go over everything about you, we will begin our counseling and discuss our plan together.

Once you're done with the Initial Assessment, we continue your wellness journey with follow-up sessions, where I will provide ongoing support and guidance. These 45-minute sessions are dedicated to refining and reinforcing your nutrition goals, ensuring that you stay motivated and on track.
